2 blueberry poptarts: 400 cal., 5g fat (1 sat), 74g carb (36g sug.), 4g prot.
1 vanilla slimfast: 220 cal. 2.5g fat (0.5 sat), 40g carb, 35g sug., 10g prot.
Ugh. Not what I wanted to see, although close to what I remembered.
