Peanut butter jelly!
Ok, so I'll admit I don't always make the best meal choices. Last night, a 12 oz. new york strip steak with garlic and pepper rub, mashed potatoes and beef gravy. And raspberry iced tea x 3. That was after my lovely lunch of a 12oz Coke, 8 french fries, and a plain grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy's.
Today, so far, I've had a can of Slim Fast, 2 cans of Diet Coke, 2 packs of animal crackers (260 cal., 4g fat each), and 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on white bread (15 fat grams, 374 each). That puts me at 1488 calories for the day and 40.5 fat grams. Ack. Only 400 calories left.
