Peanut butter jelly!

Ok, so I'll admit I don't always make the best meal choices. Last night, a 12 oz. new york strip steak with garlic and pepper rub, mashed potatoes and beef gravy. And raspberry iced tea x 3. That was after my lovely lunch of a 12oz Coke, 8 french fries, and a plain grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy's.

Today, so far, I've had a can of Slim Fast, 2 cans of Diet Coke, 2 packs of animal crackers (260 cal., 4g fat each), and 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on white bread (15 fat grams, 374 each). That puts me at 1488 calories for the day and 40.5 fat grams. Ack. Only 400 calories left.

Back at the Gym

I went back last night for the first time in weeks. I felt good, although my sloshy, sinus bloated head had me staggering around like a drunk (by that time, my meds were wearing off).

General upper body workout followed by back extensions and ball crunches.

Needless to say, I hurt a bit today. But it feels good.

Yesterday, I had a slim fast, lots of water, a diet coke, 2 pb&j sandwiches, more water, 3 pints of Harp Ale, a grilled chicken sandwich with swiss cheese and mushrooms, and a handful of french fries. The last part was obviously cheating, but dammit, I was hungry!

Today, so far, a slim fast and a diet coke. Probably pb&j for lunch, and maybe some grilled chicken for dinner. Maybe.

Definitely doing cardio and/or abs tonight. Maybe even biking if the weather holds.

Ack.

Another 2 weeks since the gym, I think. I'm going to hurt today.

However, I have been (more or less) watching what I'm eating, and my portions. Some of the fat seems to have gone, but there's definitely room for improvement. That's why I'm making a committment to keep on the ab and cardio workouts. Daily.

Yes, I had a burger last night, but I deserved it. I also earned myself a cigarette but I passed that up.

Oh, and a beer would be nice.

Stop me before I eat again!

Another 2 weeks since I've been to the gym. I'm eating a LOT and it shows.

Today, I'm going to watch it again.

Let's see:
1 can Chocolate Slim Fast
1 can Diet Coke
2 cinnamon pop tarts

oh hell... girl scout cookies just arrived. i'm screwed.
