Weekend of Weird Food

So, this weekend, I ate a lot of mismatched stuff. Likely will eat even more mismatched stuff today.

Nala made chicken soup last night, for today and the rest of the week, and pulled out most of the chicken and veggies so he could have broth. I'll be reapportioning it all into smaller containers and such so it will keep.

For myself, I cooked up some stir-fry style beef and some green pepper that was going to go bad if someone didnt eat it, added some onion, garlic, black pepper and salt, and ate it on a bed of chow mein noodles.

That of course, was in addition to the Pot Roast Hash I had at Bob Evans yesterday. That had probably 50G of fat in itself.

Sunday, I had one sleeve of Keebler club crackers (I was snacking) and a club sandwich (no fries) from Mac's. Oh, and the black-raspberry cobbler with ice cream. Forgot about that.

Saturday, I had 2 eggs, over easy with buttered white toast, and 3 slices of french toast at Annies, and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Papa John's.

Oh, and 15 Marshmallow Peeps scattered throughout the weekend.

This concludes my weekend food report.

Wow.

I havent updated in a LONG time.

Well, the holidays were rough. Much bad food, and no gym appointments make me feel very fat. FAT FAT FAT.

Nala joined a gym. My gym's 2 locations consolidated and now I feel uncomfortable there sometimes. Too many snobby fags working there now. Thankfully, my trainer is still there, or else I'd leave in a heartbeat.

I'm joining Nala's gym, and will probably start working out there, too, in addition to training with Scott E. The extra treadmill time and a few extra ab exercises won't hurt.

Well, they do hurt, but in a good way. I'm back on abs 3 times a week, and watching what I'm eating, at least most of the time.

Last night I had a 6" cold-cut trio from Subway (no mayo or oil, just veggies), and water to drink. Tonight, I'm looking at having the same. For breakfast both days, I've had one can of French Vanilla SlimFast and a can of diet Coke. This morning I added 2 Ripped Fuel tabs and 2 Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts.

Today's fat & calories are as follows:
0 cal, 0 g fat, 12oz. Diet Coke
220 cal, 2.5g fat, 11oz. Slim Fast
420 cal, 13g fat, 2 Pop Tarts
440 cal, 21g fat, 6" Subway Cold Cut Trio (this assumes I had oil added, and I did not!)
540 cal, 28g fat, veggie quesadilla and rice, and small iceberg salad @ El Vaquero

1620 calories, 64.5g fat. Ouch.

Yowch. Maybe I'd better have just a salad for lunch next time. I'll start making sure I carry a few bucks in my wallet.
