It hurts! my fault...

So, having skipped workouts again for work and homework, my trainer packed it on both days this week.

Feels like he upped my weights, but I doubt it, really.

More talk about eating right... no ab work, still. Got to get moving on that.

In pain... so much pain! But it's good pain.

Slow Going

Between illness, school, and school, and work, my workouts have been further and further apart, and I'm watching myself pack on the pounds. Scary, really.

And going out last week didnt help my self-esteem, watching men who are older than me strut around shirtless and fat free. One guy, who incidentally asked me for a smoke, had a perfect body. Not an ounce of fat, and cut from head to toe. Perfect V.

Ugh. Kill me now.

Upping the weights again

After a week off, again, because of work and school, my trainer upped my weights. And switched me to chest and shoulders one day, back and arms the opposite.

Needless to say, I am in HELLA pain. It was bad yesterday, but today, I can barely move. And I have to go there again after work.

I really need to start working my abs again and watching what I eat. These 34" pants are getting too small again. More crunches for me, I guess.
