Ok, so... yeah. Stable at

Ok, so... yeah. Stable at 180. Eating 3 meals most days... walking more. Abs regularly. 4 vegetarian meals per week. At least. More fruit.

I dont seem to be gaining, and I dont seem to be losing any gut. My definition seems to have hit a wall, too. I've changed nothing but rotating the exercises I've been doing.

Something has gotta change.
