Holy crap. I'm out of practice. Or something.
So yeah, I'm finally back on a regular schedule post-holidays, and I couldve sworn I posted since then...
Last night: full body workout. Treadmill, abs (ouch!), back, chest, arms, and shoulders. Yeah. Pain.
It felt good. And slowly but surely my abs are gonna be in shape.
I weighed myself -- finally -- 180. Hooray for that. And I can look good in a tight sweater, if I try just a little harder.
