So, last night I went
So, last night I went to the gym and killed my abs. 90 crunches, 2 sets of 15 reps each side for obliques, and 40 reverse crunches. Um. Yeah. I hurt still today, but my back is mucho better, still. I even did a little stretching (pull ups) and some shoulder and arm work. I even did some time on the treadmill again. It felt so good to be back there... aside from the ab work :) Guess I'll really have to keep up on that now.
I havent called the PT yet since I really really really dont think it's necessary. Yes, it's against doctor's orders, but at this point I DONT CARE.
Abs abs abs. Now I'm forced to do them.
