So, I tried to post again last Friday. Couldnt get to blogger.
ABS HURT. BURN BURN BURN. But it's better than back pain, lemme tell ya.
Starting back on arms/shoulders/chest/back... inching up on the treadmill to 20 minutes per day in 2 minute increments. 90 crunches, 80 reverse crunches, 80 obliques (40 each side).
Scotti complemented me this morning on how I looked at the movies the other night. Nice. I'm so used to hearing from him about how out of shape I am, it's a nice change. I'm really really happy. Just gotta get my gut flat. Damn...
