Monday was gym day. Rehab

Monday was gym day. Rehab rehab rehab. I did 6 mins on the treadmill, 90 crunches, 60 reverse crunches, 60 of these other things over a ball... a weird balancing shoulder exercise, some push-ups with one arm on a raised block... lots of new and exciting stuff. NOT. I HATE REHAB. I want to build build build. But instead I'm getting SOFT. 2 weeks without doing my regular exercises and I'm getting SOFT.

GODDAMN my abs. And my back. I HATE HATE HATE this. I just want to get back to the real work.
