So I took a week
So I took a week off and now I feel pudgy again. Two workouts this past week, but still pudgy.
I gotta start upping my ab workouts again... I found a half-dozen shirts that I really need to lose my stomach for, so I even started hopping on the treadmill more. I just feel like I'll never lose it.
And, I guess someone else will be starting at my gym.
