Wow.
I (mostly) finished every exercise without struggle.
I benched all of my sets, finishing every rep.
I completed (almost) every butterfly.
All of my push-ups.
AND these tricep pull-down things (new).
I felt good when I left, until, on my way out the door, my trainer said "Oh, we're upping your weight next week."
Great.
It sucks that I missed my workout on Tuesday. I mean, come on, we were staying at Bally's. But, the gym there wasn't free to guests, so I skipped. I didn't skip my ab workout though. Having 3 mirrored walls in the bathroom there made me see myself in a whole new light... and that lump in the center of my stomach needs to either leave or change. Soon.
