Saturday, while at my parents'

Saturday, while at my parents' house, I decided to dig out my mom's dumbells and attempt to do my other workout to get my schedule back in sequence. However, her weights were HALF or less of what I usually use, and while I felt the workout, I did not feel especially tired or sore, and I finished all sets of all reps with no trouble. While that was nice, it didn't feel like I did much.

The best compliment was from my mom: "Have you been losing weight? Or redistributing it, at least?"

Rock. At least SOMEBODY noticed. I can fit easily into 34" jeans again. And comfortably into 33's.

Gotta keep up on my abs... hard to stay motivated on em when I'm not IN the gym. ("Oh, I'll do 'em tomorrow")

Dad's still in better shape than I am, endurance-wise. He and I worked in the barn and I noticed even though he'd been working several hours before my arrival, he was not breaking a sweat.

This is sorta troubling. Just means I need to be more active.
