Pull-ups still kick my ass.

Pull-ups still kick my ass. Everything else seems to be improving. My trainer found my folder from my evals, so now we can start comparing, after 7 weeks, where I am now, versus where I was then.

I dont feel that much different. I look a little different, more toned. Apparently my trainer can see it in my shoulders, but I'll admit I can't.

I'm seeing pec improvement. But not abs, much. That's my fault tho.

And, my legs are still protesting my trip to Cedar Point. All that walking pushed them past their limit.
