Oh my god. I am

Oh my god. I am going to kill that bastard.

Every bit of happiness with myself, being able to complete all my sets of reps, has been thrown out the window, because as soon as he saw that I was doing everything ok last week, he increased my weights to start the lowest set at the highest weight from last week.

Ouch. I felt the burn.

On an ab note, getting myself motivated to do abs 3-4 times a week is hard. So far I'm averaging 1-2 times/week, and I really need to think about doing do them daily.
