I skipped posting Friday night

I skipped posting Friday night (my usual Thursday workout got moved), so I'll give you the quick rundown...

I'm getting faster at my workouts, finishing more sets, and adding new exercises. Normally, I'd say that's good, but I know in another week, I'll see the trainer raise my weights again. Just when everything becomes comfortable, there we go again.

I am happier with the way I'm progressing, although I need a bit more self-discipline in the ab workouts, even though they're getting easier. I also need to start watching my food intake and regulating it better. At least 2 meals and maybe a snack instead of one HUGE meal at dinnertime. I could have progressed even further by now had I started eating lunches again in week 1 instead of week 4.

If I stay here next weekend, maybe I'll bike. It's been too damn hot.
