So, this weekend, I ate a lot of mismatched stuff. Likely will eat even more mismatched stuff today.
Nala made chicken soup last night, for today and the rest of the week, and pulled out most of the chicken and veggies so he could have broth. I'll be reapportioning it all into smaller containers and such so it will keep.
For myself, I cooked up some stir-fry style beef and some green pepper that was going to go bad if someone didnt eat it, added some onion, garlic, black pepper and salt, and ate it on a bed of chow mein noodles.
That of course, was in addition to the Pot Roast Hash I had at Bob Evans yesterday. That had probably 50G of fat in itself.
Sunday, I had one sleeve of Keebler club crackers (I was snacking) and a club sandwich (no fries) from Mac's. Oh, and the black-raspberry cobbler with ice cream. Forgot about that.
Saturday, I had 2 eggs, over easy with buttered white toast, and 3 slices of french toast at Annies, and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Papa John's.
Oh, and 15 Marshmallow Peeps scattered throughout the weekend.
