After a week off, again, because of work and school, my trainer upped my weights. And switched me to chest and shoulders one day, back and arms the opposite.
Needless to say, I am in HELLA pain. It was bad yesterday, but today, I can barely move. And I have to go there again after work.
I really need to start working my abs again and watching what I eat. These 34" pants are getting too small again. More crunches for me, I guess.
